| 崗位描述 |
1.協(xié)助玉米育種家執(zhí)行雜家育種計劃選擇最優(yōu)的雜家種。 2.協(xié)助玉米育種家管理自交系繁育項目，包括育苗、育種計劃、預算管理等。 3.參與自交系選育，篩選好的自交系。 4.負責制定鑒定計劃、數(shù)據(jù)分析、性狀分析等。 5.負責雜交種子生產(chǎn)、確保測試用、田間試驗、審定試驗用種子數(shù)量。負責PVP保護、審定材料的準備。 6.與鑒定團隊合作進行雜交種鑒定，參與主要的測試工作，包括播種、表型鑒定及收獲。 |
| 應聘要求 | 1.Willing to work in Agriculture and corn breeding, and like to work in the field 2.Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics, or M.Sc. in Plant Breeding and Genetics or related field with 5+ years of crop breeding experience. 3.Good knowledge of all the modern tools applied to plant breeding. 4.Proficiency with database applications, spreadsheet software and experimental design are required. 5.Very good ability to leadership, management, communication and team work. 6.Good communication skill in both English and Chinese (oral and written) 7.Driving license is preferred |
