| 崗位描述 |
- Participates in the project planning activities and manages the execution of projects according to plan - Manages the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance - Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action - Communicate effectively with the project team and the customers and managers - Keep all members informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations - 參與項(xiàng)目前期規(guī)劃，按計(jì)劃管理整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作，確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量 - 全面掌控項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)管理：制定整體預(yù)算并涵蓋實(shí)施過程中可能出現(xiàn)的可變因素 - 分析項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提前制定針對(duì)不可預(yù)見風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的計(jì)劃，判斷形勢(shì)，組織減緩行動(dòng)，降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn) - 與項(xiàng)目組成員、客戶和公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行有效溝通 - 及時(shí)向與相關(guān)人員報(bào)告項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展情況，搜集反饋意見，使其向最好的方向發(fā)展 |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | - Bachelor degree in Project Management, Agriculture or related field - Minimum 8 years working experience and 3 years project management experience in multinational agricultural related industry - Strong leadership and project management skills, have the capability to drive teams to higher performances - Good interpersonal skill, active, initiative personality and proactive attitude - Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese - Requires frequent travel outside the province. - Reporting to Technical Manager (Vice President) - 本科學(xué)歷，項(xiàng)目管理、農(nóng)業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè) - 至少8年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年跨國公司農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) - 杰出的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能和項(xiàng)目管理能力 - 良好的人際交往能力，積極進(jìn)取和具有前瞻性 - 優(yōu)秀的普通話、英文語言溝通能力和書面表達(dá)能力 - 該職位需要經(jīng)常外省出差 - 工作匯報(bào)對(duì)象：技術(shù)部經(jīng)理（副總） |
