- Responsible for the development of a dealer network in China - Act as an interface with dealers to ensure the appropriate company supports and resources provided to dealers to sustain the development of dealers - Provide updated information of sales and network related policy to the senior management of the company - Update dealer agreement from time to time and ensure that dealer agreement is always in line with the company’s policy and regulation in every respect - Maintenance dealer trust account management and ensure that the payment and reimbursement process of trust funding run smoothly - 負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)中國(guó)的經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商網(wǎng)絡(luò) - 確保為經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商提供公司的服務(wù)與支持,協(xié)助經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù) - 向公司高級(jí)管理層提供最新的銷(xiāo)售和網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理方面的相關(guān)政策 - 及時(shí)更新經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商合同,確保與公司的政策和規(guī)定相符 - 經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商信用管理體系的維護(hù),及時(shí)、高效的協(xié)助處理經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商與公司的往來(lái)賬款,確保公司財(cái)務(wù)穩(wěn)健 |
應(yīng)聘要求 | - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Agriculture or related field - Minimum 8 years of sales experience with 3 years of dealer network management in agricultural related companies, multinational company background is preferred - Good communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills - Ability to work independently, creatively - Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese - Requires frequent travel outside the province. - Reporting to Vice President Sales - 本科學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、農(nóng)業(yè)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) - 至少8年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年相關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商管理方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有跨國(guó)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 - 良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和解決問(wèn)題的能力 - 能夠獨(dú)立并創(chuàng)造性的開(kāi)展工作 - 優(yōu)秀的普通話、英文語(yǔ)言溝通能力和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力 - 能夠頻繁外省出差 - 工作匯報(bào)對(duì)象:銷(xiāo)售副總 |
